• Audio files you upload for video generation. These are processed and stored temporarily during generation.
• Form inputs including genre, mood, lighting preferences, and notes you provide for video customization.
• Payment information processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details directly.
• Email address if you provide one for delivery notifications.
• Usage data including pages visited, features used, and video generation metadata (duration, genre selected, processing time).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your music videos.
• To process payments and manage your credits.
• To improve our AI models and visual generation quality using anonymized, aggregated data.
• To communicate with you about your orders or account.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Audio File Handling

• Your uploaded audio files are used solely for generating your video.
• Audio files are stored temporarily during processing and for 7 days after delivery to support revision requests.
• After 7 days, audio files are automatically deleted from our servers.
• We do not share, sell, or use your audio content for any purpose beyond generating your video.
• We do not use your audio to train AI models.

4. Generated Videos

• Generated videos are stored on our servers for 30 days after delivery.
• After 30 days, videos are automatically deleted. Download your video promptly.
• We do not claim any rights to your generated videos.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your payment information is handled directly by Razorpay under their privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and transaction IDs but never see or store your full card details.

6. Cookies & Analytics

• We use essential cookies for site functionality (session management).
• We may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve the Service.
• We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Razorpay for payment processing.
• Cloud infrastructure providers (Hetzner Cloud) for hosting and processing.
• Law enforcement if required by law or to protect our rights.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. Your Rights

• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

• You may opt out of non-essential communications.

10. Data Retention

• Audio files: deleted 7 days after delivery.
• Generated videos: deleted 30 days after delivery.
• Payment records: retained as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes).
• Account data: retained until you request deletion.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
