What audio formats do you accept?
We accept MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, and OGG files up to 50MB. For best results, upload the highest quality version of your track.
How long does delivery take?
Most videos are ready in about 45 minutes. Longer songs (6-10 min) may take up to 90 minutes. You can track progress in real-time on the create page.
What format is the output video?
You receive a 1080p MP4 file with your original audio mixed in. Ready for YouTube, Instagram, and any other platform.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Credits from one-time purchases (Single and 5-Pack) never expire. Subscription credits roll over for one month, then expire.
Can I request changes to my video?
Yes. Every video includes 1 free revision round. You can request up to 5 clip changes — mark the timestamps and describe what you'd like different. Revisions are delivered in about 15 minutes. Additional revision rounds cost 5 credits each.
Do I own the rights to the video?
