1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using musicvid.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

musicvid.io provides AI-powered music video generation. You upload audio files, and our system generates visual content synchronized to your music. The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve it.

3. User Accounts & Credits

• Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when videos are generated.
• Purchased credits (Single, 5-Pack) never expire.
• Subscription credits (Artist Monthly) roll over for one calendar month, then expire.
• Credits are non-refundable once a video generation has started.
• Unused purchased credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if no generation has been initiated.

4. Revisions

• Each generated video includes 1 free revision round.
• A revision round allows up to 5 clip changes (specify timestamps and desired changes).
• Additional revision rounds cost 5 credits each.
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of video delivery.

5. Content Ownership & License

• You retain full ownership of your uploaded audio files.
• You receive full commercial rights to the generated video output. No watermarks, no attribution required.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the audio you upload.
• We do not claim ownership of your generated videos.
• We may use anonymized, non-identifiable data about generation patterns to improve the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly violent content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
• Resell access to the Service without written permission.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the system.

7. Limitations

• Maximum audio file size: 50MB.
• Maximum song duration: 10 minutes.
• Supported formats: MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, OGG.
• Output format: 1080p MP4.
• Delivery time is approximately 45 minutes but is not guaranteed. Processing times may vary based on demand.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated videos will meet your specific expectations. AI-generated content may contain visual artifacts or imperfections inherent to the technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall musicvid.io be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific credits used in the disputed transaction.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, unused purchased credits may be refunded at our discretion.
